When you receive the email from Apartarent confirming your reservation.

At the time of making the reservation, whether by telephone or through the web, a credit card number will be requested. This card is only for the formalization of the reservation, no charge is made. Payment for the stay is made upon arrival at the apartment.

Yes, it is possible, as long as that accommodation is available. In case the apartment is not available for the new dates, Apartarent can offer you another one with similar characteristics. All requests to change dates must be made through the email apartarent@baqueira.es

Changes to the reservation will not be accepted by phone. 

You can cancel a reservation free of charge as long as it is within the terms established for it in the Apartarent cancellation policy. See the "Conditions" section of this website. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

You have to go to the reception of the Hotel Montarto

There they will give you the keys to your apartment and will tell you how to get there.

All accommodations are equipped with sheets and towels and table linen for all guests. However, if you want to know the specific equipment of each apartment you can consult the entire description of the available apartments.

Cleaning service in the accommodation:

The apartments do not include daily cleaning service. If you wish, you can hire a cleaning service. Check with Apartarent the rates for the reserved apartment.

Almost all Apartarent accommodations allow pets, however, in some cases due to the characteristics of the accommodation, they are not allowed. Please, consult us beforehand.
It has a supplement of €8 per night.

Only some accommodations have private parking included in the price. Please, check the characteristics of each apartment in the "Description" section of the same.

Wifi
All the apartments located in the Aneto, Mauberme, Campalias, Marimaña and Bonaigua buildings have free Wi-Fi connection for guests in winter season.
